Holiday Gift Guide

Holiday Gift Guide For Your Clients

It’s the time of the year where your clients come in and shower you with gifts as a token of their appreciation for keeping their nails in check. What better time to return the favour by giving them a gift as a way of saying thank you for being a long time customer.

You don’t necessarily have to fork out cash in advance to buy presents, although you can do so if you have the extra budget. There’s many ways you can show your appreciation without having to think hard of what to get for each client.

Here are some ideas on what you can giveaway to your clients.

#1 FREE SERVICES

Who doesn’t like free services? Give something that can be added on to their usual service. But don’t set a limit by allowing them to use only if they spend a certain amount. Remember that this is a gift as a token of appreciation so it shouldn’t have any limitations. Otherwise your clients might end up frustrated and in turn may lose one a client instead of the continued long-term relationship. You can give out free services such as:

  • 10 minutes hand/ foot massage
  • Hand/ foot mask
  • Hand/ foot scrub
  • Relaxing 10 minutes hand/ foot soak

Ensure that your free services are nicely printed on good quality paper and placed in a nice envelope. You want to make you customers feel appreciated. Tearing a piece of paper with a ruler with your hand written note doesn’t show any sincerity or appreciation. Upon giving the gift to them, encourage them to make an advance appointment. If they didn’t open it up on the spot, call them a week later and ask if  they’ve had the chance to open up the gift and set up the appointment.

It could be a high ticket price service or a service that you have been trying to get your client to try for months. Your coupon should work like a cash voucher or a discount with the particular service. Again, try not to have limitations on it except that it is to be used by the person you have given it to. Simply because it is your token of appreciation for that client of yours. Your coupons can vary such as $10 – $25 of your next service or $10-$25 on a specific service. It can be:
